MINISTER’S ORDER nr. 2 220/C din 6.10.2006 issued by the Minister of Justice, published in MO no. 893 din 2.11.2006 concerning the validation of the membres of the First Mediation Council, invested by law with legislative power

The Mediation Council adopted:
         The ethical and Deonthological code of the mediator
         The regulations concerning the disciplinary liability of mediators

Important steps have been made in elaborating and adopting:
         The regulations for organization and service instructions iwhich inlcudes
                       - The Procedure regarding the authorisation of mediators
                       - The procedure regarding the notice of the form of practice
                       - The form of practice and standard contracts
                       - The procedure for the notice of the programs of authorisation the mediators
          The training standard for mediators
