The Congress of the Romanian Mediation Centre Union - the first Mediation Congress in Romania took place in Craiova on 16 and 17 march 2007. The agenda of the congress: :

• The activity report of the Directory council of the Romanian Mediation Centre Union and the draft of the expenditure and income budget were presented and voted for.
• There were discussions in plenum concerning the objectives of the federation and the long term and medium term strategies
• The amendment of the statute of the federation was approved
       Among others, a number of 17 associations active in the mediation, including the            ”Mediation Centre Neamt”, active in the mediation field, joined the Federation:
            The Romanian Mediation Centre Union
       The president of the federation was elected - Mr. Gavrila Constantin Adi
       The members of the Congress validated the members of the Directory Council.
            The Mediation Centre Neamt is represented in the council by Valentin Trifescu
       The Congress elected the members of the Auditor’s commission.

6. Nicolae Voiculescu - member of the Juridical Comission of the Chamber of Deputaties
